HOW I WORK
I am an Integrative counsellor/psychotherapist. I have been a local counsellor in Queens Park and Kilburn for some time years and my work has included all types of people from many walks of life.
My way of working is sensitive to the needs of the client and is not fixed by any single method. I aim to be flexible and open to you as somebody unique and, perhaps, vulnerable. I believe that each person has their own personal power and we will work to enhance this power.
As a local counsellor/psychotherapist, I am a trained professional and committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a private, non-judgmental environment.
If you would like to contact me to discuss any of the matters above or to make a first appointment, please use the contact details are at the top of this page and others.
LENGTH OF TIME
Counselling individuals is usually on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to free up your life and to live it more fully. But I can also offer counselling/psychotherapy on a single issue and for a limited time period. Sessions usually last for 50 minutes. I am also available for Skype and telephone counselling.
Working with couples will require longer sessions and has no specific length of time in therapy. It will depend on what you the couple decide, how you both feel and what you want to get out of the therapy.
I am available for early morning appointments, day time and evening appointments.
I work on weekdays only and not at weekends.
