I work with individuals and couples on an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period, and aim to enhance your life and help you live it more fully.

I offer help and support for individuals and provide a pleasant, quiet and safe space, and complete confidentiality, to talk over your sleep, and other, problems .
I am located in north west London. There is an excellent transport network in north west London.
My workplace is in Kilburn, which is close to Queens Park, West Hampstead, Hampstead, Cricklewood, Maida Vale and Kensal Rise as well as other areas of north-west London.
West Hampstead is walking distance and Hampstead is only three stops away from the Brondesbury stop on the London Overground.
There are also numerous buses which pass through Kilburn - 16, 32, 189, 98 etc.

SLEEP THERAPY is not suitable for skype or telephone counselling.
I am available for early morning appointments, day time and evening appointments.
I work on weekdays only and not at weekends.
£60 per session.
